BlackBerry devices are configured on BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express version 126.96.36.199 with policy set in BlackBerry Administration Service. Some Users are claiming that the appointment times in their calendar on the Blackberry are different than the appointment time on their Outlook calendar running on their desktop PC. i.e. Outlook desktop calendar appointment for today states appointment starts at 3:00 p.m., however, on the BlackBerry device that same appointment shows that it begins at 10:00 a.m.
Is there a setting in the BlackBerry Administration Service or the policy that needs tweaking? Has anyone encountered this problem in administering the BES?
