adding 2 pager controls on top and bottom of the listview

I have a datapager outside the listview. I would  like to display the datapger on top and bottom.
Is it straightforward o do this. Is there a property that I can set on the listview or on the pager. Or should I create 2 pager ontrols and assign the listview id to both. please help thanks
