SBS 2003 to 2011 SBS Migration.

I'm currently in the process of creating a new SBS 2011 domain. The old DC is SBS 2003. All computers will be joined to new domain. What's the best way to migrate the exchange store over to the new DC and not run into problems with SIDS?

I prefer not to buy any 3rd party applications, or have to touch every desktop to run exmerge.
