When I send a pdf file (containing euro symbol € ) to a Xerox printer I have such a message printed at the position of the euro symbol "Offending Command..."
this file works well with any other printers than Xerox, but unfortunately, I must be able to print on such printers...

it might be a very easy solution, but I dont find a way to do it

Thnks in advance

You can always try the PCL(5 or 6) driver instead of PostScript. Does it only happen with PDFs?
