Video screen capture program.

Our group would like to video capture as well as audio capture
one of the presentations that we are giving at one of our meetings.
I would like to know if there is a good program out there (that is not
too expensive) that will do this.  One of the things that we do not want to
do is record with a camera.  Any help is appreciated.

camtasia , i believe, is the best product. You can try it for 30 days.

I have used it to build IT tutorials for my clients.

Good Luck!

TechSmith is a good company with several tools:  Camtasia, SnagIt, and Jing.  Camtasia, as has been mentioned above, is a great product for making videos of screen captures.  It allows you narrate what you're doing on the screen, so it is great for producing things like software tutorials.  SnagIt lets you still capture portions of the screen (not video).  Jing is a free product that works sort of like Camtasia, but on a simpler (and less powerful) level, creating full motion screen captures that are designed for sharing.  I'll ditto what saastech said and recommend you try a free trial of Camtasia.  In the meantime, download Jing and give it a try too.
