In Access 2007, is it possible to link a subform to a parent form in the following manner?

Parent form has text fields Name1 and Name2.  The subform has a single text field FullName.  I need to link the two so that Name1+Name2 are linked to the subform's FullName field.

You have to have the same number of fields in the link fields settings.

Sounds like you need to create a single field from both names in the query you are using for your main form recordsource.

I apologize -- I didn't get back to delete this question fast enough.  I realized the impossible task shortly after posting, but also realized I simply needed to add a second field to the table underlying the subform.  This will achieve a similar result to your suggestion: matching the number of linked fields between the record sources.
