SQL SERVER 2008
..."Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication"...
WIN2008 R2 = DomainControler (DC)
WIN2008R2 = Cliente With SQLSERver2008
Give that error....

Are the on the same domain?
how are you connecting..by what device..mobile..? check the sql connection string make that trusted security = true is there...

With an SA account it gonna be ok....
However i need that the Domain NT Accounts access the Datacenter at the future......

the SQL install/app sits on a bunch of stuff..did you verify all the way through...that your server is ready to recieve the isntall?
that being said...an example would be:
r u running VM on this machine..could be a problem with the network device...you may need to reinstall the OS..if that is the case...

If I install with The Administrator (DOmain or local) account
It gives me no error....
And yes it's the 2 server virtualized

MAke sure your account isn't locked out

If was locked out, i can't login and can't start the installation...
However, with that account i can't ping or access other machines on the network.
Maybe was a problem in the standard gpo...
But how could i reset that gpo with policie!?
Its a confusion.... All of that!

Please make sure user has no limited access..

The user could install app!
Add local users
Have permissions for everything.
But misterously can't ping other machines or access them in the network.
