Exchange 2007 email question

I have a sbs 2008 box running Exchange 2007 SP3. I am unable to create an account service@mydomain.com  Any reason why?

Ok try this, when you create the account make sure to change where it says "User logon name (pre-Windows 2000): to services and for your user logon name put service. This way the email will be service@domain.com.

It says that the account cant be added. It wont let me add a group either. I can add:servic, services or anything else, but not service....

That name is already in use. You can't use it.

hmmmmm. What can I do, we have a ton of printed material with the service email address. It worked on our 2003 SBS ?
