i'm trying to migrate to exchange 2007.  When I go to shut off the machine housing exchange exchange and some people cannot access the public folders.  All of the replicas have been moved to the exchange 2007 machine, yet there are still people logging on to the exchange 2003 server to view the public folders.  How do I fix this?  thanks.

On the 2007 server, right-click and open properties of the mail store database, Client settings tab. Check which Public folder database users of that mail store are being directed to. If needed re-point it.

that was it.  How long until they correctly see the right database?

That's a good question. I'm not 100% sure on that. It shouldn't be more than restarting Outlook that I could see.
