I dont have a install of it handy at the moment, but try renaming "%appdata%\microsoft\ms  project" to "ms project-old"

I think there might be another one under "shell:local appdata\microsoft"

Also, rename HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\MS Project to ~~MS Project

I did. I had a similar issue where there was something in the user's profile that was corrupted, and was preventing the workflow from appearing right. Happened to all new files, and existing ones. I reset those two parts of the profile by renaming, and the file would work as expected....

This is why I suggest renaming, instead of deleting, as it is easily reversed....

Are you talking about the files inside the user's profile?

Missed this one... Yes, I was talking about %appdata%\Microsoft\MS Project....

Made a mistake above in directing you to the Local Appdata....
