BCP expert help please, parse out data that is double space delimited

I tried doing this using TSql but not much luck.  It keeps treating double space as single space.  Can someone show an example using BCP to parse out a column that has list with double space delimited data like
1111 breast  neck  Anatomic Pathology

This should parse out to 3 rows of data with the same id of 1111
