How do I use css to style my web page?

Hi,

I have the attached html (including style) file and images for my web page. I'm hoping for some guidance in matching the below desired look for my page. I think I have the correct div id and class structure but I'm not too sure how to place my content in the desired border container and if I'm using the float attribute correctly to match the below layout of elements.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Looks great!

One small change though, how can I left align the bullet text with the bold text above it? Would margin-left be the only way or can a margin-left:none be set through a class on either the <ul> or <li>? I wasn't able to get this to work :(

Thanks.
