Removing my Exchanage 2003 server after upgrading to exchange 2010

I have Migrated from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010.  All Mailboxes have been moved and all public folders have been replicated.  I have had the Exchange services on the 2003 server stopped for about a day now and everything is working properly.  I should be safe to remove exchange 2003 right?

Yes, you should be good to go.

Also perform a check as per http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb288905(EXCHG.80).aspx and double check and make sure that everything now had been moved to the Exch 2010 server.

Things to keep in mind would be:
1. Mailboxes
2. PF replicas
3. OAB
