I generate the testcase and testsuite from Selenium IDE.

Someone told me that i can use command line (-htmlsuite) to run that against different browser:

I tried to use this command line to run on IE, but it has some javascript error? (see screenshot)
C:\selenium-remote-control-1.0-SNAPSHOT\selenium-server-1.0-SNAPSHOT>java -jar s
elenium-server.jar -htmlsuite "*iexplore" "" "case1suite.htm
l" "result.html"

More important question: i tried to use this command to run on firefox or chrome, but it said it cannot find the firefox, and return error on server, why? (see screenshot)

I attached all screenshot and testsuite to zip file, please advise!

Please advise,

I just dealt with your second problem yesterday.  You need to set the PATH variable on your computer to include the complete path (dirs only) down through the one that contains the executable for Firefox (it was IE in my case). There are lots of articles on the web regarding how to update this variable--just be sure to find one for the version of Windows you're running.

Re: your first problem. I'd take it at face value, and enable pop-ups.

Does the testsuite/testcase now run okay on Firefox?

Are you sure you haven't updated the code of the testcase since you first attached it? I'm pretty sure that "rows" is coming from either your testcase OR a JS extension. You didn't mention the latter, and there's clearly no "rows" in your original testcase. So, I think we need an update here....
