Need help with a file that is going under user profiles on citrix server

server 2003 sp2 running presentation server 4.0 and IE 8.  I notice that there is a file in all of the user profiles that seems to be growing large that I havent seen before. The file is located here. c:\docs and settings\%user%\local settings\application\microsoft\Internet Explorer\recovery..

Im not familiar with what it is or how to stop it from growing any advice would be helpfull

THank you for the reply and Im sorry about the delay in my reply, I have been out of the office.
I will have to dig threw GP and see if I can turn it off domain wide.
