Where are the Notes fields in the CRM database?  Specifically, where are the opportunity notes fields?  I am writing a custom report for CRM and need to include the Notes from the opportunity window.

    Hi sbdt8631,

The table that stores notes is called annotationbase and opportunities are stored under OpportunityBase.

What you will have to do is, use Annotation and Opportunity Views and then build your report using a query that will join these Views using Annotation.objectId and Opportunity.opportunityid.
