I'm just starting to read about workflow and I am trying to get started with a sample project. Does anyone have any good tutorial resources they can recommend or help me understand the process of getting started?

So far i've tried creating a new Activity Library project in Visual Studio 2010 but when I try to run it, I get an error "A project with an Output Type of Class Library cannot be started directly. In order to debug this project, add an executable project to this solution which references the library project. Set the executable project as the startup project."   From this I understand that it cannot run by itself but don't get how I can test it.
