How can you implement 2400 address in outlooks safe senders list

I have a client that sends a lot of email and receives a ton as well
Currently outlook cannot support his large list of safe senders.

He is using outlook 2003 and Exchange 2007

I have increased the possible size of rules and senders on the exchange server.

I believe exchange can handle 1,024 addresses

Any ideas on how to handle 2,400

I have never found a way to go past 1,024.  I would use server, appliance or cloud based filtering instead.
1024 is the max, can you reduce the number required with wildcards ?

Agree with steinmto: forget the safe senders, and use proper anti-spam software. Or use a Gmail reply address, have Gmail filter the incoming mail and use POP to get your mails in.
If you need this amount of safe senders it is better to go for some additional anti-spam software that handles the safe sender and all other anti-spam handling server wise. Or think about a hardware appliance so it is handled before it even hits your server.

I already thought of these solutions, Thanks though
