While you're at it, if you think the secretary might need to manage sending/receiving items on behalf of your VP (like meetings, etc.), you would include her name on his Delegates lists. <br />

This is accessed in Outlook 2010 from File &gt;&nbsp;Info &gt;&nbsp;Account Settings &gt;&nbsp;Delegate Access. Click Add to add her name and then the level of Delegate access she needs for the Calendar and/or Contacts.
