Outlook 2010 Calendar/Contact sharing with full control

I have a VP who has Outlook 2010 and is using a hosted Microsoft Exchange server.  He would like for his calendar and contact information to show up on his secretary's Outlook 2010 application (she also uses the same hosted Microsoft Exchange server).  He want to give her full control to add, delete and change anything with his calendar/contact information.  How do we go about setting this up?

While you're at it, if you think the secretary might need to manage sending/receiving items on behalf of your VP (like meetings, etc.), you would include her name on his Delegates lists.

This is accessed in Outlook 2010 from File > Info > Account Settings > Delegate Access. Click Add to add her name and then the level of Delegate access she needs for the Calendar and/or Contacts.
