Start and Stop services on a server remotely without admin privileges.

How do I allow end users start and stop services on a server without providing admin privileges? I have tried PSService, but this requires admin rights on the server.

Running the task is not where the access is denied. It is the remote users ability to start and stop the task.
Yes, I was aware of that.

That is why you need to modify permissions of cmd.exe on the remote
