The first link gives some background.

You can get into a US medical school without taking the MCAT but

These programs are rare and very competitive.

Some of the programs are listed here.  Johns Hopkins is among them.

Any idea about early assurance MD programs without MCAT following 1-2 years of college

There is a lot of relevant discussion here:

     http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/pre-med-topics/460725-medical-schools-early-assurance.html

But many of these programs will be for candidates from specific geographical areas or ethnic groups.

What's the problem with just taking the MCAT?

There are lots of MCAT prep books available.  You can buy one or check your library.

There are MCAT prep courses available in Alabama:

Any idea about schools which have pre requisite for the early assurance program no more than 2 years and then they put the student into the md program without taking mcat.

Thanks.
