Reclaim spaces on C drive

I have a server installed with WIndow 2003 64 bit, Symantec EndPoint Protection and Exchange 2007. Is there any folders that I could archieve some old files to release the disk space ?

Thanks

Sometimes simple log files can take a good amount of space. Clearing them can free up disc space. Also, Windows Update uninstall files (usually hidden) can sometimes eat away at a good amount of available disk space as well.
