WSUS can distribute Microsoft office patches, hotfix and service pack to clients and servers but for installing Microsoft office product such as visio. You can use GPO to deploy Microsoft Visio.

Step1: Insert Microsoft Visio CD and copy over to network share
Step2: Open elevated Command Prompt, go to \\servername\softwareshare\Office\setup.exe /admin
Step3: In the Setup wizard> click Additional Network Sources>click Add>point Visio MSI file
Step4:provide product key
Step5: Create MSP file and save \\servername\softwareshare\Office\Custom.msp location

Create a bat file named MicrosoftVisio.bat open this bat file using notepad
Type following
\\servername\softwareshare\Office\setup.exe /adminfile \\servername\softwareshare\office\custom.msp

Save and exit.

Open GPO management console>Create and Link a new GPO with an OU
Right Click>Edit>Expand to  Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\script>Startup and add the bat the file you just created

I reckon you dont like URL ref still I would recommend you to read these urls http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179214(office.12).aspx and http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc178956(office.12).aspx

add users to a global group.
create new gpo
edit gpo with the settings above
under security filter add that new global group
