We use an application within Word to create templates. One of these templates is a letter.
In this template you can add a field called contactperson.
One of my colleagues created a letter with a particular contact person filled in.
She send it to another colleague who merged the letter with an excel file.
When the merge is done, the name of the contactperson in the template is changed to the name of the person who created the template.
When i try it myself with a custom made excel list I don't get this error.
Can you please advise
