Windows 2008 AD password

We have windows 2008 +AD.
Our all clients joined domain correctly since 1 year no problem.
But now we have someproblem like password changing.

Our clients must be change their passwords every 90 day.

problem is: when clients login and comes out password change screen. client chnage password THEN COMPUTER NEED RESTARTING,Before we had no problem changing password when client change password quickly loged.
Why now das restarting need? we do not change any GP rules or others.

    Is there a service or something else running on the client's computer that is using their account? That has been the cause in my experience.
