DTUtil.exe

Hi

I have .bat file with my dtutil.exe command which works fine but I'm trying to use powershell and it seems my dtutil command doesn't work.

Could you tell me if I can use PowerSheel and dtutil? I would appreciate some samples. I've tried google but as far as I understood I still have to use .bat file... I hope that is not true.

Many thanks
Emil

ASKER

Good news is that dtutil is working with generate new id for file but I still cannot make run for my command which is below

dtutil.exe /FILE ".\source.dtsx"/COPY FILE;"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Packages\destination.dtsx"

it tell me Argument "FILE" for option "copy" is not valid.

Any ideas?

Many thanks in advance
Emil
