alert every week for remind user complete your task

I create a task and assigned to a user...its possible to create alert to remind(every week)  him to complete the task ...i know there is the option "Alert Me" but this option i will set one user by one for one list...its possible to set for entire users to a list ? i use a Sharepoint Foundation 2010

    For task list the user will get alerted when the task is assigned to him/her. For reminders, you can either create a workflow/timer job or use 3rd party webparts (there are a few, just bing them out)
