We are upgrading to exchange 2010 in a VM.  Right now we have exchange2003 on Server 2003, with 300 users.  Currently there is 70 Gig on our exchange 2003 hardrive withonly 38 gig used. There is also 3.5 Gig of memory.  How much disk and memory requirements do I need in my new vm to allow for exchange 2010 and growth to 350 users.
