We are upgrading to exchange 2010 in a VM. &nbsp;Right now we have exchange2003 on Server 2003, with 300 users. &nbsp;Currently there is 70 Gig on our exchange 2003 hardrive withonly 38 gig used. There is also 3.5 Gig of memory. &nbsp;How much disk and memory requirements do I need in my new vm to allow for exchange 2010 and growth to 350 users.
