Change primary mailbox in Outlook 2003/2007/2010

Dear Experts,

In our company all users have their own mailbox in Exhange Server 2003. Some of them have also an additional mailbox 'info@ourdomain.com" loaded. These users have the possibility to send mails AS info. Is it possible to make this option the default. It would be nice to make the info mailbox their primary mailbox so mails are by default sent from info@ourdomain.com.
I tried to accomplish this in Control Panel --> Mail --> E-Mail accounts, but I found no solution there. Our users have only one account (their own exchange account) and the extra mailbox Info is loaded as en additional mailbox. Can this be done???

User can enable the From tab. Then user can type the info@ourdomain.com under from box and send the email

amitkulshrestha, your absolutely right, but users tend to forget to fill in the from tab. That's why I would like to change the primary mailbox.

If user is going to use his or her own mailbox to reply the mails. Then From box is the only option. Else user can switch to info mailbox and reply to the emails. You can create a new profile for this info mailbox and select prompt option at the bottom.

I never used another outlook profile than the default one. Creating a new profile with info as primary mailbox and their own as additional is the solution.
Thanks for the tip.
