URL Redirect with IIS7 URL Rewrite Tool

I will probably kick myself when I see the answer - but I can't figure it at the moment!

I have 2 domain names pointing at one IIS7 website. Using the URL Rewrite tool I want one domain to be rewritten to the other (i.e. send a 301 Permanent).

So -
www.domain2.co.uk should redirect to www.domain1.com
domain2.co.uk should redirect to www.domain1.com
domain1.com should redirect to www.domain1.com

How do I configure the URL Rewrite tool to acheive the above?

Do you want to do this in your .htaccess?

I found that we did not have the latest version of URL Rewriter installed (v2). I installed it and used one of the provided templates and it is now working as required.

No answers were provide by the community and I found the solution myself.

I left the question on because I thought it might be useful for others. I am happy for it to be deleted though.
