Win 7 sp1 64 bit
Office 2010

If I leave Outlook running, and send messages, and then send again to the same recipients, autofill provides me with the email address. However, as soon as i close Outlook and re-open it, the cached contacts that were just there no longer try to populate the address field, as if the cache is getting cleared upon exit. How can i fix this?

If you are connecting to an Exchange Server, then your OST file may be corrupted. The simple way would be to start over and create the Exchange Account again and let it sync back to a new mail profile.

saastech - I'm not using exchange, rather Google Apps Sync branded with our company domain name.

Noel29 - This was already checked by default: Outlook Options ->Mail -> User Auto-complete to suggest names when typing in the To, CC, and BCc lines" is checked.

    Any other ideas?
