    What thing you could do is change the titles to have hard spaces in them the the menu treats them as one word

    Make An Appointment
    Meet The Staff
    Meet The Doctor

    it may be word wrapping

    Try taking out the width: 8em; in:

    ul.MenuBarHorizontal li
    	margin: 0;
    	padding: 0;
    	list-style-type: none;
    	font-size: 100%;
    	position: relative;
    	text-align: left;
    	cursor: pointer;
    	width: 8em;
    	float: left;

    Open in new window
