Outlook Calendar Settings

Do you know if there’s a setting that can be changed so the attorneys don’t receive an email every time a change is made to their calendar / tasks?

Is this question about Meeting Request replies that are originated by a Delegate to an attorney's account and having the replies handled so the attorney does not have to see them? If so, you can access the Delegates options to select My delegates only under the Deliver meeting requests addressed to me and responses to meeting requests where I am the organizer to: section.

To access the Delegates section in Outlook 2010:

File > Info > Account Settings > Delegate Access
