Tab and windows 7

We have new windows 7 computers. When an agent is trying to complete a form using  the tab key, the form minimizes and all minimized bowers cascade. Her only alternative is to ctrl tab to advance the cursor. any suggestions?

What browser are you using and what kind of form/application are you trying to fill? Can you submit a sample URL or screenshot?

This is in an insurance agency and the weird thing is she isnt using a form in a browser. She is using one of our forms from our agency management software. Its only when she uses the tab key that the form minimizes and any open bowsers cascade we use IE8. ctrl tab allows the function

Looks to me that the agency management software is not handling TAB the way it should. Do you know what kind of application it is? Is it installed on the Windows7 machines or is it server based? Did you contact your supplier/vendor about this issue? Maybe the application (this version) is not supported under Windows7 (yet).

It could be some add-on to Internet Explorer that is causing the problem.  See this page for a similar case:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/ie8-windows_other/tab-key-not-working-in-explorer-8/2e034538-f9b8-4b20-8533-4ef1250cf15f

Try disabling all add-ons by running Internet Explorer (No Add-0ns) from the Start Menu in Accessories -> System Tools.  If the problem disappears, you can try disabling your add-ons one at a time from Tools -> Manage Add-ons to track down which is the cause.
