Users mailbox not showing in the Exchange management console

Hi,
we have an issue with a user, who can be viewed in the SBS console, but isn't there in the Exchange Management Console.
The user is working, and this was brought to my attention when I tried to search for him in Outlook,(Control k) and couldn't find him in the directory.
I have restarted the services, and refreshed many times, but his mailbox account just simply doesn't show.
I'm a little reluctant to delete the user and re-attach a new account to the mailbox as I can't see it.

Anyone come across this before? or any ideas?

Thanks

Get the user to send you an email and look at where it comes from (name or email address)

Then open EMS and do
Get-mailbox "<value from above>" | fl

Then see if that can find it

Hi,
it seems that the user was created in active directory which has caused a few problems. I'm just going to recreate the user after exporting the account.

Thanks

Can't spend anymore time investigating so im just going to rebuild the user.
