I am using joomla's built in phpmailer.

The page being used is accessed through our online store where a user enters  information regarding a template they would like to customize. The template number is passed through the URL as: t_number. The template number is than assigned to the subject form.

Everything works, the template number is displayed in the Subject field and everything is sent find, but for one reason or another the subject name is not passed and subsequently is changed to: MAILENQUIRY when it should be: Template ID: XXXXX

Code is below.

<input type="text" name="subject" id="contact-subject" class="inputbox" value="Template ID: <?php echo $_GET['t_number']; ?>" readonly="readonly" disabled="disabled"/>

Two things: MAILENQUIRY is probably hard-coded into the script although it may be an alternative to the subject.  I believe that  disabled="disabled" prevent the field from being submitted with the form.  So even it would work otherwise, the email script is not seeing it.

Yeah it was the disabled attribute that was causing the issue.
