We use Word 2007 via Citrix.  Every now and then when someone prints (which we also use Tricerat Screwdrivers to manage printing) it appears like it prints the letters of the words on top of each other so all you see is 1 blob of ink where you know the beginning of a word should be. wordproblem.pdf

1. How does it print from local applications like word or notepad (without using Citrix apps) ?
2. How does it print if you RDP into the windows server where word is published and try printing from there( instead of ica)?
3. Is the Citrix server using UPD driver or the printer's driver?

Because this is so inconsistent it is hard to pinpoint the exact cause but I appreciate the input and will take a look at each of the notes.
