Encryption In SQL Server 2008 R2

I was looking at TDE in SQL Server 2008 R2. I see that it is in Enterprise Edition. Is it in Standard Edition? If not, what Encryption options are there in Standard Edition?

    TDE is not available in Standard Editions of SQL Server.
    In Standard edition, Column level encryption is available.
