Folder Redirection GPO not applying

Hi

I am trying to apply folder redirection on a Win 2008 terminal server. But the GPO does not apply.
Below is the GPresults

TS Redirection      domain.local/MyBusiness/Computers/SBSComputers/TS Servers       Empty
 
Also the policy is displayed in the Computer Policy instead of Users policy

Can somebody help me please

You need to set your loopback policy:
