In outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007, is there any way of sending a monthly calender of events by email without sending a screen print or exporting the calendar as a PST?

How granular or detailed are the events within the month in question? Printing to PDF might be an option. You would need to decide if the month view is sufficient or would printing a range of dates (the month in question, in this case) with all its details more defined the more preferred output.
