How do I get the drop down navigation to appear ontop of the animation?  If you click on any interior page, you will see that the first two buttons should have many more drop downs. Only a couple are appearing.

Try setting the z-index for you "main-nav" div

<div id="main-nav" style="position:absolute;z-index:">
...
</div>

Here's an article on it also:

Crap.  I thought this fixed it but it looks like the z-index pushes the nav flush left when it should appear to the RIGHT of the logo.  Any ideas?  Did you want me to open new ticket?

here is new link

ul#main-nav {
float:left;
margin-top: 36px;
padding:0px;
position:absolute;
z-index:10;
}
