SharePoint "Restricted Readers" Permission

In SharePoint, there is a folder icon with a green arrow on it that when clicked, lets you click "Pages" below the site, and takes you to a full view of all pages within the SharePoint site, and shows the Ribbon menu up top and all the pictures, libraries, lists on the left...

Is there a way to remove access to that feature? Is putting people who can see this into the "Restricted Readers" group the only way to remove such access?

Screenshot of how to get there is attached (assuming your site is setup similar to ours).

You can remove it permanently for everyone using SharePoint designer

    Ok thanks
I figured that was more of a coding fix and not a permission one.
I wonder what potential security risks we'd run keeping it there and allowing normal "viewers" or "readers" (with no other privileges) to have access to that feature?

THere is no risk.  THey won't be able to see anything they don't have access to.
