Can't find hardware devices in Pinguy OS

I installed Pinguy OS on my little Acer Aspire One netbook. It works, but I can't get the wireless driver to work. When I read up on it, I'm supposed to run "hardware devices".
I also have it hooked up to the internet, but not wirelessly when I instealled it.

I searched for "hardware devices" and could not find it. Am I missing a step, maybe run as admin? If so how do I run as admin.  I had Joli OS installed and it worked good, but I'm looking for a quick fix, a way to get this on the internet wirelessly.  It would also be cool to run Joli OS and Pinguy as alternate boots, as Joli OS is cool, but limited.

It's built in. I'm not sure how to find out.  I think the Broadcom STA proprietary wireless driver will work, I wanted to try that. I just can't find "hardware drivers" when I search for it. I'll try to figure out.

I was told that running "additional drivers" would work but that does nothing as far as I can tell.

Right now I'm trying to just re-format the hard drive, and instal Joli OS on it. Thanks for the help. If I decide to try Pinguy later, i'll look at this solution.
