Cannot find FSRM in 2008 R2 after install

I have a new vhd I have created with 2008 R2 SP1 on it. Its a clone of a base image I have used to do many installs with.

I installed the file server role & then the FSRM service , but when I go into administrative tools there is nothing there. I have uninstalled & re-installed the role several times & rebooted, but it doesnt show up.

It does on any other server I have created though. Not sure what has gone wrong for this to go missing like that.

Have found the problem. While creating a locked down environment & testing a few things, I removed  "programs"  folder which contained the sub folder administrative tools.

When I went into program data folder, then start menu folder it was inside there under programs administrative tools. Copied it back to the correct location & done.
