I am running windows 7, I want to make a program to hibernate the windows and after 1 minute wake up.

How can I do with C# 2010?

And how do you propose to do that. Hibernate means the computer has no power. Do you mean "sleep?"

No, hibernate.
This software can do that, but I want to make it by myself.

I'll have to defer then. I don't think this will be something you can accomplish with .NET, but perhaps you can use P/Invoke. The only way I can think of accomplishing this is by programmatically modifying the BIOS settings to auto-wake the computer. In that case, you would have to have a BIOS that supported auto-power-on.
