Email keeps getting forwarded to another user

User 1 forwards his email to a Gmail account via a contact that I created for him in AD.  I copied his account when I created a new user one day and her emails went to him because it must've carried that forward over to her account.  I removed the forward in her account but some, not all emails are still being forwarded to User 1's gmail account.  I could delete User 2's account and recreate her from scratch but I'd rather not go through re-creating a new profile on her workstation and exporting and then importing her mailbox into her new account.

Good call.  I tried that last night and when I went to add the contact back in AD told me the email address exists.  I ran Windows update and rebooted the computer and tried it again and this time I was able to re-create the contact.  Only time will tell now.
