I need to have all users of a computer save as default in Office version 2003 (xls, doc, etc)<br />

I need to do that as there are issues with the converters sometimes.<br />
<br />
We can set it per user, but we need to guard against new users on the same machine.<br />

Is there a registry key or something that could be set for all users?<br />

save office docs as 2003 (doc, xls) for all users of office 2010,2007 computer
