event viewer error id 10

hi sir

in  event viewer i found  a error

is it harmful or not for my operating system. i am using 2003 server

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent Within 5 WHERE TargetInstance ISA 'LogSettings'" could not be (re)activated in namespace "//./ROOT/MSSV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events may not be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

Events always point towards error in an application, if you don't want to share the info contact your application provider and ask what this error means.

The error dos not seem like general OS error, that's why I asked.

Simple way of telling if the event is harmful is " are any of the services affected, are you receiving any complaints? if the answer is no then you are safe for now"
