query in access "like"

On my criteria line I have:
IIf([vehicle category code]<>'t',IIf((IsNull([clientcabderived])=True Or IsNull([cab TYPE])=True Or [clientcabderived]=""),-1,createtestclass([clientcabderived],[cab type],"cab")),0)

I need to say not like "t*" but not sure how
[vehicle category code]<>'t'
