why dont you install outlook in your server/pc, enable download after peek hours.go home and sleep next morning everything should be fine, you can archive as well.<br />

but make sure you have 1000MBPS conenction if you are using pc, if same server they no need for any bandwidth issue.

it is not recomended to install outlook on server and I dont want to change settings to be able to connect outlook from a different machine for the administrator account<br />
